Voh Suppliers Return Policy
At Voh Suppliers, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality tools and equipment. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Below are the details of our return policy:
Return Eligibility
Defective Products: If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 8 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team immediately to initiate the return process.
Non-Defective Products: If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 8 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return Window
All returns, whether defective or non-defective, must be initiated within 8 days of receiving the product. After this period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of KES 1000 will apply to all returns, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during transit.
Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Process

Drop-off Location: Once your return request is approved, you will be asked to return the product to our designated drop-off location. You will be provided with the return address and any further instructions.
Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions (unused, in original packaging, etc.).
Processing: After inspection, we will process the exchange or refund as applicable.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please indicate this when initiating the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, we will issue a refund.
